Best way to implement staffing fee only for "setup/teardown"?

I've been trying to use the staffing feature to implement setup/teardown fees on top of delivery fees for tent and tent package rentals.
I want to charge an additional $50 flat rate for any order that includes a tent or tent package.
I'm getting some mixed results/values when doing it though. Can you give us some guidance as to the best way to achieve this?

Disregard, I was able to achieve this by using an un-taxed fee.

Seen your message to disregard this but wanted you to also be aware you could set up a fee in Settings-->Promotions&Fees and set the trigger as 1 rental and list the tents and tent packages as the requirements and $50 fee as the reward.
