grouping shifts sent to employee per contract and even better by day or week

Is it possible to group the shifts sent to an employee in one email ?

I just assigned a worker in the delivery planner for the driver and set up - in the morning and the tear down and driving back in the after noon.

But when I sent her her shift, she received two emails.

That will be even more problematic when i will have to assign them to multiple position during the day.... for exemple, should i have had to schedule her to supervise during the event, she would have received an other email and so one....
