Coupon code not working

I created a coupon code special "winter14" for Dec and Jan and the code is not working. What am I doing wrong?

You have set this:
Promo/Fee Period Starts: 12/1/2014 Expires: 1/31/2015
This means that the lead must be created between these two dates. It looks like you might have mixed it up with this setting:
Event Period Starts: 11/9/2014 Expires: 1/31/2015
Flipping the two should do the trick.
