Email not sending

Need Answer

I keep getting this notification.


Email not sent: Check your SMTP settings under Settings->General


Error: authentication failure [SMTP: Invalid response code received from server (code: 535, response: 5.7.139 Authentication unsuccessful, the user credentials were incorrect. [CH2PR11CA0004.namprd11.prod.outlook.com])]

When are you getting this message? I just checked your email settings and I'm showing a successful test.
