Distance Charges

Need Answer

Hello, I am working on my distance charges. I currently have it set to Restrict by Zip Code and have many different zip codes listed that I'd like to include. However, I recently had a booking from a zip code outside of this list (63106) that was able to book. I then tested it and it appears I can book from zip codes outside of my list. I thought I had it set up correctly to only allows quotes from certain zip codes but perhaps I do not. Could someone please tell me what I am missing?
