Wrong distance charges being applied

IO is adding extremely high distance charges in quotes even when the event venue is extremely close to our warehouse. We have checked our warehouse addresses and everything is right, could you please help us with this.

Event Venue : Hacienda Hts, CA 91745

Our Warehouse : Cerritos , CA 90703

Barely 12 miles between them, still being charged $200+ as distance charges.

This lead is showing as a partial lead I am trying to force a refresh on the geolocation and can't do it until the lead is a quote. Once you fix that and force a refresh this should take care of the issue.
