Is it possible to create a filter, blocking automatic booking with order under a certain dollar amount?

This can be managed in Settings-->Distance charges...under the "Totals" section this requires a minimum rental total. However I did notice on the one it is backwards and you have it as 61-60 for $1.00 (see attached) are you wanting 61+ miles? How far are you willing to go? Also noticed you have 0-0 as $150.00 and then 1-35 as $200. I'm going to attach an example of how it should look. When entering the "miles" for example on the line for 1-35 you only need to enter the ending mileage of "35" in as the miles and it will calculate the 1-35 automatically.
