Hello Matthew. The issue was the optimization plugin on the site was messing the the order of code executed on the site. I turned off this setting and it fixed the issue. I recommend keeping this setting off.

It seemed that the Speed Optimizer plugin for Siteground was aggressively caching pages on your site, and disabling it and allowing the wp-optimize plugin to handle caching and optimizations is working out better.
