For some reason, when I search the Leads page, it doesn't return everything. E.g. I know that there have been events recently with a certain keyword in the notes, but it's not showing up. Any idea?

I am searching specifically for events with "silent" or "headphones" in the notes. I know that there are some, but the query returns no results.
