Can padding or margin be added above the heading under the hyperlinks?

I tried to locate the front CSS file to add a margin above the heading in between the links but I cannot locate it. It's not as noticeable on web but its extremely bunched together on mobile. I think a margin should be added to both desktop and mobile view. Please see my photos below on the issue where the arrow is located. I believe each inventory page, category page and future pages would need updated. Thanks in Advance!

You can add CSS using the customize button in the top bar of the page. I've added a padding to the top of that section.
