contact us form missing phone number

we are still not getting phone numbers on our contact us forms. They are just typing a message in the cell phone box and we can't follow up. We use to always get the email and phone number. the most recent example is Lead Id #30374735

Hello Ryan. Just wanted to let you know we have fixed this. I renamed the id of the phone field on your contact form from CellPhone to cellphone. It is case sensitive.
