Is there a way to set-up packing lists for items needed for pick-ups as is done for the deliveries?

Yes you can get a packing list for pick-ups, go to your leads page and mark the little box next to the lead that is a pick up and click the print button and your packing list will show up there.

Where would it pull in the items needed for pick-up? Where would we set those? As one example, the number of straps that might be required to pick up a unit. Are we able to assign items like that to the inventory so that it displays on the vehicle packing list? ex. 25 total straps needed, etc

Hello, at this time there really isn't a way to do what you are trying to accomplish, the only suggestion that I would have at the moment would be to just add the straps to the list with (pick-up only) next to it!
