Why is it that you have to be a manager to see a Packing List. I don't like giving all my workers Manager Access but for them to see the Packing list I have to. How can a regular work see the packing list?

There are a couple options.
First setting the manager flag gives them the following access: Directions to the event, access to the packing list, ability to set items as needing maintenance, and filling out manager surveys.
Another option would be to include a link to the packing list in an email template such as the Worker - Shift Reminder.
