Drop-Off Selection

We only have "Delivery Only" & "Fully Staffed" as options for delivery but now have a new "drop off" option appearing on our quote pages.

Could you please check, advise and delete as it's not listed in our end/options?

No. I'm saying that we only have the two options available in our account but "drop off" now comes up when a contact form is submitted (even though it's not an option)

yes, it will choose a system default delivery type because it has to choose a delivery type to save a lead--Normally for those it will save a delivery type called "email". Do you have an example of when it saved the drop off delivery type?
