Contract signing window prior to event

I usually have my settings so that customers doing the on-line quoting/contract signing must do it 2 days prior to the event so I can accommodate the delivery. Sometimes they call last minute and I am able to accommodate their rental. I enter the lead, etc... but then have to open up the entire system to allow them to sign the contract and then go back in to change it back to 2 days prior. Is there something that would allow me to authorize a specific contract to be signed outside the regular 2 day window I've created?

Anytime it is within the 2 day window you would just have to go in and change it to a contracted status and send the contract to the customer...this would override this setting.
