I deleted a duplicate lead for #7694161 and they both disappeared. can we bring this back

the deleted lead filter is not there like in the video. do I have to create this filter somehow?

It's more in the middle of the list now as "Deleted, Preset." You can also search for "deleted". I've undeleted it for you. At the moment there's a bug with "undelete" not showing up as an option but that should be fixed soon. It will be in the quote status.
