Hello, I'm trying to email a contract for signature to a customer from within rental.software (IO portal) and I get this error "Error sending email! Please try again.".

1. I've already setup IMAP on my google acccount but it didn't ask me for a port number?

2. SMTP settings I couldn't find in my gmail account?

Guidance please? Need to get these leads booked / signed / confirmed.

It looks like something went wrong with your Gmail Authentication. Can you go to Settings->Email Settings, click either of the edit buttons, and click either of the "Edit" buttons. Then toggle "Use Gmail" to "yes," And click the blue text to "Grant Gmail Permission." Once you follow the on screen prompts, send a test email again and let us know if it continues not to work.

Seems to have worked this time. I'll wait to see if the client replies to the email / signs contract which will confirm they received.
