To answer your question, there isn't a way to delete your account. However, after a period of inactivity the account will turn off automatically.

Having to create a whole new site that matches my current branding isn't ideal to just send invoice and collect payment. Does't seem very user friendly

You are not required to use one of our websites and can continue to use your current site, that clearly a lot of work has been put into.
You can use the software independently from your website, or use the API functionality to connect a contact form from the website into the software to capture leads/inquiries.
We do offer training on the software as well.
