Error: Email contains invalid template data

I've gotten this error when trying to email a contract a few times in the last couple of days. It won'te let me send the email.

Do you have a lead open when trying to send the email? I just sent myself the contract email from your lead 7440799 without any errors. Well... I had a typo in my own email address so you'll probably get it bounced back but there was no template error.

thanks. It was lead 7456579. However, I just went back to it and it is working. It looks the like the event name is now showing where earlier it just had the template placement holder. Maybe I hadn't saved it or I saved it and it just hadn't populated the info into the template?
