out of territory message
Answered
I have set my delivery area as "in-state" only. I don't cross the state line, for tax and licensing reasons. So, when a customer from out of state does a quote and clicks the "Book this Event" button they don't get any message of the error, just brings them to a quote confirmation page. How can I let them know that I don't service that area without having to reach out to each of them individually? I've been doing it for the past few years, but I get the feeling that customers would rather just know, rather than have to ask me via email "what's going on? I get this message after I try to book.....?

The same question
First of all, it's allowing these customers to get a quote...we should change that shouldn't we? They shouldn't bother getting a quote should they if they are out of state?

Yes, that would be great. I didn't know that was an option.
