when will the majority of us be switching? what is it I need to do to perform the switch? I was thinking another month or so when bigs are worked out and Ive learned more from the videos

  1. Open a lead.
  2. Change the status to the proper status to "Contract".
  3. Click "save."
  4. Go to the email tool at the top right. In the email, click in the "select template" box and choose the "Customer - Contract" email template, and send.

IN THE old system, we were able to highlight, select and print the event and retain in a log - any suggestions here

I'm not sure what you mean by "highlight". Are you just printing the lead to save a copy of it physically? Would printing the packing list and/or a copy of the contract work?

this was our printed working copy , we would log, then on the event day give to our crews with packing list attached - worked like a charm for us since we could include the event name - which for us and "yard displays" the crew would create a sign based on the event name ie " max is 5" and so by printing the contract it doesnt contain that information, and that information isnt ready and available until the time of printing a packing list...but if we have to change what and how we see, so be it, but the previous print out was rather neat ......
