When we have a credit on an order and we issue a gift card that gift card does not show on the customers profile...

It looks like the gift card code is in the ref # section under the payments on the lead. The code is also on the receipt.

but the Customer profile does not have a record of the Gift card. Which as I move from lead to lead would be helpful

When I have a customer with a credit I want to issue a gift card for the credit on the lead. It should then show up on the customer profile.

If you want to get a gc # to use on a different lead...best thing to do would be to go to Settings-->gift cards and search for the customer there and copy the gc# over

I think we should change that. If I issue a gift card on a lead it should show up on the customer
