Payment reminder not sending

Our payment reminders seem to have stopped sending. Some example leads below - note the log showing them sent is us having to do it manually.

We have 2 payment reminders. One sent after 3 days as an initial reminder and another after 5 days as a final reminder.

Could you take a look and let us know

I see from the log of the email template there was a period where you were sending them manually but none were going out automatically. They started going out again yesterday automatically. It's hard to tell if there were any settings changes in the meantime that would have caused this but it appears to be working now. Do you have any examples that are more recent?

I've just scanned through and found the below but assume this was done prior to us doing them manually again?

Could it have something do to with the Book Date not being registered on the leads?

Someone at some stage either reset or messed around with our "Status" profiles and Book Dates weren't being registered on Contract. You'll see the first lead below doesn't have one set:
