Tax is being calculated incorrectly

I have to collect a 1% short term rental tax in my area. I have my tax set to 1% but it is charging more. On my most recent quote lead I.D
#7393753 its showing a 5.3% tax. It has done that when i create other leads as well.

Are you sure this is the correct lead #? On this lead I show 1% and I don't show the tax rate being changed in the log

Yes. I manually changed it to 1% but I've since figured out how to change it. It looks like it was defaulting to my state charge but I went under distance charges and put a 1% flat tax. I think that fixed it.
