Inventory Count Incorrect

We have 7 slushie machines in our inventory (item 511231)
All 7 are currently booked on 05/12/20 however there are still 3 showing as available using the availability checker.
Could you please take a look and advise?
Below are the lead numbers the machines are assigned to:
7283931 - 1 machine
7292181 - 2 machines
7185541 - 2 machines
7276127 - 2 machines
