How do I connect inflatable office to my card connect account?

My account is setup with Card Connect, and I am following their instructions but they are saying to reach out to you guys. Please help.

Go to Settings-->Merchant Services and fill out the info they have sent you...Will be a Merchant ID, Login ID, and a password/key. save. And you will be set up!
