No deposit required if paying cash

How can I remove/zero out the deposit required if a customer clicks on Cash? If this can't be done is there a place where the client can choose their 'client type' and have one of them be 'paying cash' or even a tax exempt client type of say 'School' or 'Church' that I do not need a deposit from.

Basically people are given a discount if paying cash to offset Square's fees but they keep paying the deposit with a credit card and I don't want them to.

You could create these customer types under Settings-->Customer Type. Within the customer type you can mark the required deposit amount to $0

When the customer books online how will the customer type be set correctly without me going in the back office and setting it.

we have clients all the time put in the wrong info..

We could make this a required field for the customer to fill out, but Greg is correct, it is up to the customer to select the correct customer type when checking out.
