Is there a way to force a delivery method on a few inventory items? For example staffed attractions delivery method is forced on items that come with staff included? Is there a better way to do this? Will this work if you have multiple delivery methods on one order?

There isn't a way to do this at this time. You can only "restrict" different delivery types for certain items
