Items showing available when shouldnt

Im struggling with setting some items up properly - look at May 21 and help me figure what Im doing wrong. 'when you look at the availability is shows Duo dudes available - yet all minis are out and it requires a mini and so should show unavailable?
also double dudes show available - yet it requires 2 10 ft blowers and only one blower is available - should that also show unavailable since 2 blowers are not available ?
Also sky dancer clown shows available - but a required large blower isnt available , this would be the same for sky dancer reed, yellow and blue
So, im struggling with how to properly set up items and trusty IO as I should lol
