Any way to retrieve the waiver I've added when I first set up IO?

I remember I was asked to upload the waiver but I can't figure out how to retrieve it.

Are you referring to your terms and conditions on your contract?

No worries!

You can update this information by going to Settings-->Contract Templates-->Contract.

It does look like you have custom waiver/terms displayed currently.

Thank you Brittany, yes I was wondering if I could download it so I can submit it to insurance since they're requesting this for a quote.

You can do this by creating a 'fake' lead, set it to contracted status then open the contract and download as a PDF.
