Clearing flagged lead keeps reappearing

Lead# 4262859 keeps showing up flagged after clearing it multiple times. I clicked prevent sending on auto email tab and even deleted the email address for that lead (customer no longer at this school) but it keeps showing flagged. Thanks

I am keeping an eye on this...I also went ahead and "unsubscribed" under this customer's profile. So the system doesn't continue to try to resend.
