Yes, this is possible. The only thing to keep in mind that if you want both site's checkouts to stay on the site that you will need to duplicate all your page templates in your IO account (your quote request form, contact page, etc.), give them their own page group name, and assign that group in both site's IO plugin settings for it to work.
