Can you please tell me step by step how I can integrate IO with Quickbooks online? I would also like to back date it to January 1st 2017.

If you go to Settings->Quickbooks, and scroll down to the area for Online integration, There is a button to click to integrate it. After you've logged in, send us a message and we can back date the integration. Note: if you've looked here before, the button was not visible because you had your country entered incorrectly in the settings. I've fixed this.
