Black Out Date - Times

Black out dates seem to have an automatic default time of 6.00am - 11.59pm.
Is it possible to black out half a day?
Eg. We want to stop deliveries/collections at 12pm on 24/12

There isn't a way to edit the times but if you restrict booking for the black out date and allow quotes it allows you to review the quote and see if it's a time that works for you.
