Downgrading subscriptions is possible by reaching out to our sales team.
However, as a general note that would apply to anyone: In cases of a user trying to downgrade to a free plan from a paid plan our terms state the following.

"You cannot downgrade to a Starter/Free plan if you have been using a paid account. Starter/Free plans are free as a courtesy for new companies."
