Is this for ABRC location or Powell Event Rentals location? What is the name of the quote template you are using as well?

abrc location. None of the templates that I've seen lately have a working logo in them. Quote, contract, discount added quote, discount added contract for example. I haven't changed anything lately either

I recommend uploading a new logo file in the Settings-->Account preferences
