REMOVE EMAILS DROM DROPDOWN?

Is it possible to remove the emails that are only auto-emails from the dropdown our staff sees when sending emails from the back-end? For example, if they are on the quote tab and click the email icon, there are 10+ emails they will never need to send manually that clutter things and make it tough to find the right one?
