Is the quick add testimonials box still active?

Did our link to the Google Review replace the testimonial link because they can't both be there?

I am not seeing it at the bottom of our surveys as we once did

You will not see the link in the view you are looking at. You would have to make a fake lead and then go to the surveys tab and click the customer satisfaction survey link to see how it looks to your customers. I do not believe they were recently changed other than the edit I made for you. Regarding testimonials on your site, you need to mark them active in Settings->Testimonials for them to appear on your site.

You should be able to go to Settings-->Testimonials. There you can make the testimonials active that you would like to show on the site.

Click on the review...press edit, there's a check box to make active, check the box and save.
