How to close store so no delivery/Pickup gets scheduled on a specific date or holiday?

I'm curious how to prevent delivery's or pickups on specific dates when my company is shut down. For example holidays or a company event where no one will be in to do such tasks. I'm sure there is a way, but I was not able to find it. Please let me know Thanks

You can set up Black Out dates in Settings -> Online Quoting which blocks events for those dates. Let me know if you have any other questions!
