I forced the plugin to update on your site, and you should be able to use the tent calculator widget now.

Is the Tent Calculator able to be edited? I primarily have 6 ft tables instead of 8 ft tables. I would also like to add the Tent Lighting as an option, as well as a 20x40 option.

There is not currently a way to edit the table size on your end. I have added this and the additional tent size to our feature requests. You will find future versions of the tent calculator as part of our regular plugin releases.

i dont have tent calculator in my wigets and i have updated 3 times to make sure

this is all i have for IO stuff

I wasn't able to log into your site to check, but your site may have an update for WordPress preventing the IO plugin from updating correctly
