Solved

When I look at the calendar it shows that I have events coming up however if I go to leads it doesn't show anything. Is it supposed to show?

You have a filter on your leads page see screenshot, if you click the trashcan it will show all of your leads

The lead page also doens't show you confirmed jobs coming up. It shows you the leads in order of which they come in. You'd have to use a fitler to find the leads that are coming up.
