Deposit received, but two days later a request for deposit sent auto

lead 613632 we entered her payment into system 6/20, but on 6/22 she was sent an email that deposit was not received yet. Not sure if I should be entering a lead# in public question, but unsure how to communicate this occurence otherwise.

According to the log it sent the Deposit Received and Payment received emails 2 days later (not the Deposit Due). It should have sent them within 30 minutes, not 2 days, so I'm not sure why that happened...it may have just been a temporary issue. Let me know if it continues.
Also, specifying a lead ID here is fine, just make it private if you are typing in personal details.
