Sometimes the auto emails are not going out. For example, SWEA 5062877, is supposed to receive a manager report and thank you with a critical survey which is not appearing, and I sometimes see this routinely so I manually end it or a followup.

We've tested this one and haven't been able to find a reason for it not going out. We have a ticket in for it now and will let you know as soon as we have an update.
