Internal email alert for new lead

Hi there. Is it possible for an alert email to be sent to our client services team when a new lead pushes their order through our site? Our first lead status is Wishlist so would like the email to be linked to Wishlist status. Thanks!

The alert in Settings->Alert Center for "new quote" can send to the sales rep or a specific address.
