Delivery Method-Pick Up Option

I just added a "Pick Up" option for customers to select for Delivery Method. When creating a new method there is a field to insert a "Fee". For our new "Pick Up" option we want to give customers a $20.00 discount or a %discount for picking up the items. How do we accomplish this? I tried entering negative (-$20.00) into the "Fee" field but that did not work.
Please advise.

We do not currently have the ability to provide a discount based on the delivery method.
You can however set each rental to charge a different rate based on the delivery rate, but that would require you to set every item.
