Website is not showing updates

When I sign in as the website admin, I am able to see changes to the website.
Whenever I am on a different device or browser, the changes are not made.
I went into Wordpress and forced a sync to happen but it is still not showing the updates...
Please help!

Can you please advise what changes were made? Sometimes you may also need to clear your cache to see these changes.
