changing the category picture on quote page

on my quote page I wanted to be able to change the category picture that customer sees, for example the carnival games, entertainment services and a few others, can I do that on my end?

Go to Settings-->Categories. On each category line there will be a blue arrow or an X. Use the X to delete the current image and then the blue arrow to add new one.
