Vehicle packing list is broken

I was trying to create and edit a new packing list, i think I accidentally deleted the "Vehicle packing list" which is separate from a regular packing list.

Now all i see are the codes themselves when i try to print routes. See attached photo.

Were you needing to revert back to this view on your vehicle packing list?
