My popcorn machine is showig unnavailable no matter what day I choose. Also when typing into your website I can't see what i'm typing it doesn't show up.When I type a problem i can't see aything I hve to save theb come back to blindly type my message.

Your Popcorn Machine is listed as an accessory--we can switch that to a rental item if you would like?

Where are you typing that you cannot see it?

Hi Susan all of my other concessions are listed as accessories and they are working fine. I list them as accessories because I do not rent them unless someone rents a bounce house I don't want people to be able to rent them stand alone. Thanks

The way you have it set up isn't going to work. Parent/Child items are the same item...offered two different ways. For example, a slide that is offered wet or dry. You have concessions and their accessories set up as Parent/Child items. What I would suggest is switching your 3 concessions machines to "hidden" rental items. Then we can link them to rental (so they can only be rented with other items) and then list the servings as accessories. I can help with this, just let me know if you want us to switch them. Thanks!
