You can go to the contract tab of this lead, edit the page and choose the Nomad Contract from the Template Drop Down, then you can save a new snapshot of the contract to fix this issue. I'm not sure how this happened unless the location wasn't set when the contract was created but I don't see anything in the log about this happening. I'll add it to our product development system so we can look into whats caused this. Let me know if you need anything else.
